[C36IA] East Coast Rains? 16" in one month?

Steven-

We had several inches of rain here in Maryland and some wicked winds today
as the storm roared further north. We made out ok though, as most of the
storm moved on versus sitting off our coast and spinning- which is what
defines our classic "Nor'easter" storms.

Our buddies in the NY areas and north are getting hammered!

Hope all are ok. There have been horrible news photos of the flooding. Even
I-95 (our interstate equivalent of your I-5) was closed up there today.
