West Neck Hbr is on the southwest side of Shelter Island.Pretty harbor,
tricky entrance I have a couple of funny stories about running aground there
in our Pearson 30 several years ago.

I also love these waters.  But I'm not familiar with West Neck harbor.

Gardner's Bay, Shelter Island and the  Peconic bay are beautiful.    I have
been to Three Mile harbor, Sag Harbor,  Greenport, Sterling Harbor, Cockles
Harbor and Shelter Island.   For us on the mainland is is like a new world.
