[C36IA] dry bin shelf restraint

I have found no trays for my dry storage or my refrigerator.   The 
biggest problem for me is that they are trapezoidal shaped.   That is, 
the gap between the two sides is not equal distant.    Something that 
would fit at one end would fall off the ledge at the other end.
