[C36IA] Maxwell Freedom 800 take 2

He could not get that bushing to slide down the shaft so he just replaced
what was left of the original, which was just the wider "brim" section, as
he called the "top Hat" shape.  It lasted fine through our 7 week cruise to
the east coast of Florida and through the Keys.  I do plan on readdressing
the issue this summer/fall.
