[C36IA] Maxwell Freedom 800 take 2

I had our windlass serviced last year with new pressure arm and stripper.
The technician could not get the new snap bushing on and told me to not
worry about it. The sleeve portion was completely worn off. The parts came
from Maxwell. The only thing I've noticed is that it takes several
rotations now to tighten or lossen the windlass.
