[C36IA] Engine Temp

I have the three inch heat exchanger, and it's been cleaned. I thought it may be an old line somewhere colapsed. Maybe the one going to or away from the water heater.
I was hoping someone had already dealt with this issue and had some really simple fix.

Do you have a 2" or 3" heat exchanger? Older boats (I'm not sure if yours is one) came with a 2" heat exchanger. It was undersized. Assuming no other problems you could still overheat with it. I switched to a 3" and have had no further problems.

Subject: [C36IA] Engine Temp
I know this has been discussed in the past, and I would like some ideas as to what I need to do.
My engine runs at 200 to 210 at 1800 - 2000 rpms. It will overheat if I attempt 2200 rpms.
I have cleaned the heat exchanger, put a new fresh water pump on the engine, and a new impeller in the raw water pump. Any ideas of what to do next?
Thanks
