Hi,
I have created an account, and can post on the forum. But when I try to join the association, the link does not seem to work. Am I missing a crucial step?
I have attached the screen capture of the resultant page. Does my account need to be adjusted before the membership link works?
Thanks
Simon

I have the same problem. I cannot renew my membership and I get the same screen.

Great - at least I know that its not something that I am doing wrong.
(What really scared me was that I used to be an IT tech, and was worried that I had lost it :))

Try going to the site. Finding the Log Out button. Press it and FORCE a logout. Then try again.

Simon-
I have copied below an email that we sent to Kirk and it seemed to resolve the problem.
Can you give it a try and let us know if it works.
Thanks!

Forced the logout, logged back in, but still the same screen.
Tried it on three different computers.
Awaiting your next suggestion.

The pages you show with primary 2 displayed are indicative of you not being logged into the website (I know that is an ackward way to display that information and we've been working trying to fix that for a couple of years but the website software is shareware and it is sometime difficult to work with). However, so you also understand another key item in why I know you were not logged in for, as a minimum the last screen pic is that at the very bottom on the right is the top of the LOGIN window tab for the website. That tab goes away when you are logged in (assuming all is working correctly).
When you log in the login window should be replaced with a block that says Membership Status and below that a window with your login name and some quick links as shown in the attachment.
What's most interesting to me is that on your first picture your name shows as an online user but not enough of the window is visible to see if that is a carry over in the system that simply hasn't updated or whether you are actually being recognized as logged in.
So let's do some troubleshooting if you'd be so kind as to help.
Please log in from the website home page and verify that your display changes as shown in the attachment.
If it does please select the join/renew tab and follow the links.
If the homepage doesn't update when you log in we have some other work to do.
Laura will not delete your membership and you will continue to enjoy member priviledges while we sort this out.
Thanks for sharing the screen captures. Please let me know how you make out.

Hi Sean & Laura,
Success at last.
The system was logging me in, but when I clicked on the online pay button, it must have been logging me out. I thought I had tried the following steps before, but this time it worked. Maybe there was a slight problem with it sending my details through - not sure.
Thanks for your efforts.
1. Login as normal
2. Click on the join link
3. Login again
4. Click on the online joining link
5. Join.

Thanks Simon.
I sent a confirmation email to your email address. FYI, if you have any other membership questions, I usually check my gmail account more frequently than the C36IA site, so you can reach me quicker that way.
