PHRF Adjustment Tables

While we have a thread on the 36 PHRF rating, I would like to see who can provide the adjustment tables/notes for their specific racing program. It would be interesting to see how clubs compensate for different equipment.

If you can include

1. Yacht Club and Location
2. Table or paragraph of rating adjustments used by your club. Note Spinnaker or Cruising.

As and expample...

Texoma Sailing Club - Lake Texoma
1.1.1. Cruising Spinnaker, Cruising Sails and Leisure Classes will use the following adjustments to the base PHRF number:

1.1.1.1. Maximum headsail LP 125%, add 6.

1.1.1.2. Roller furling headsail as the only headsail, add 3.

1.1.1.3. Roller furling main, add 3.

1.1.1.4. For a fixed blade (non-optimized) propeller with inboard engine, add 3.

Headsails greater than 155% and double headsails are prohibited in the Cruising Sails Class.

Currently I have:
Code 3 (undersized) main +6
Code 3 (undersized) genoa +6
Code 6 (OVERsized) spinnaker -3
2 blade fixed prop +6
All sails older than 3 yrs +3
For a total of +18

I want to set the boat up with:
Code 6 (oversized) main -3
Code 5 (155%) genoa 0
Code 6 spinnaker -3
Folding prop 0
for a total of -6 (this will get me at about the same SA as a tall rig downwind)

PHRF of The Alamo
PHRF Assumptions:
(1) Spinnaker pole length equal to the base of the fore triangle - "J";
(2) Spinnaker maximum width is 180% of "J";
(3) Spinnaker maximum length is 95% of the length of the jib stay;
(4) Genoa LP is between 150% and 155% of "J";
(5) The boat is in racing condition;
(6) The boat has a folding or feathering prop or an operational motor;
(7) The hull and appendages are unmodified;
(8) Multihulls are not to be fleeted with monohulls;
(9) All keels and weighted centerboards shall remain down while racing.
Adjustments to PHRF Rating - Subtract 6 Seconds per mile from base PHRF for:
(1) Genoa is greater than 155% of "J";
(2) Spinnaker pole is over 100% of "J";
(3) Operational motor is not on board.
Adjustments to PHRF Rating, Non-Spin Fleets -- Add 6-12 Seconds per mile to base PHRF for:
(1) Boat with roller furling jib - add 6 seconds per mile;
(2) Boat with roller furling jib and UV cover - add 12 seconds per mile;
(3) Boat with inboard engine and a 2-bladed fixed prop - add 6 seconds per mile;
(4) Boat with inboard engine and a 3-bladed fixed prop - add 12 seconds per mile;
(5) Boat with in-mast furling - add 12 seconds per mile.
