How are some members officers and others seaman?

Seem to me we are ALL captains.

Jimmy, it's pretty simple actually. The more posts you make the higher your rank, and the higher your rank the higher your pay.

Allen, I know that from work. Better to be a smaller blade of grass than a higher one. You are that much closer to the blade.
