Head Faucet and Shower

The head faucet and shower controls on my 1991 C36 need replacing (corroded and flaking). Does anyone know where to get pieces that fit the original holes / plumbing? The shower controls are seperate and mounted on the vertical face of the vanity under (and to the right of) the sink. Thanks.

Rob, my 93 doesn't have that set up but I've seen it at Defender I think, we replaced ours with a Scandvick we bought through them, it installed and "bolted down" from the top. Good luck!
